Today, with offices in Poland and Spain, Lekta is rapidly expanding its business division to scale our operations internationally. 

About the Position:

Lekta AI is looking to formalize its partnership sales channel to facilitate market expansion domestically, and overseas. To this end, we are looking to hire the Head of Global Partnership Program to establish, scale, and lead said division within the company.  

You will define, build, and scale Lekta AI’s global partner ecosystem from the ground up. This role owns the partner channel strategy end to end, builds scalable processes to acquire high-impact strategic partnerships, and drives measurable pipeline and revenue growth through partners worldwide. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role.

You will start as a team of one, with the support of the company leadership. For this reason, we are looking for someone who can independently set up objectives, develop strategies, and with appropriate experience to execute them at once. Over time, your responsibilities will grow to include hiring and managing specialists which is why we expect you to be able to balance hands-on work with leadership.

The responsibilities related to this position are determined by our overarching goal of positioning the company for success in international markets. 

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Channel Definition

  • Define and operationalize the global partner channel strategy, including success metrics, partner segmentation, and tiering.

  • Establish governance, playbooks, incentive structure and operational standards for the partnership program.

  • Co-create and execute the international B2B sales growth strategy.

2. Partner Acquisition & Ecosystem Scaling

  • Build, scale, and manage the global partner network, including recruitment, onboarding, and activation of new partners.

  • Actively acquire new business partners in target verticals.

  • Develop scalable processes and tools for partner acquisition, enablement, and performance tracking.

3. Go-to-Market & Revenue Enablement

  • Drive the partner motion: onboarding, enablement, certification, joint marketing campaigns, and partner lifecycle management.

  • Manage the full partner sales process - from initial contact, through proposals, to contract finalization.

  • Align with partners on co-selling, co-marketing, and demand generation programs to maximize pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Design and implement tools to support partner sales.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize partner performance using data-driven insights.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Thought Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and IT teams to ensure smooth partner integration and success.

  • Represent Lekta AI externally, building relationships with strategic partners, stakeholders, and at industry events.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the partnership team, balancing hands-on execution with leadership responsibilities.

Qualities:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building, scaling, and managing partner channels.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently acquire and nurture high-impact strategic partners, including handling full-cycle partnership and sales processes.

  • Strong capability to define partner channel strategy, set measurable KPIs, and implement operational playbooks, partner programs, and incentive structures for growth.

  • Experience designing and driving partner GTM initiatives, including co-selling, co-marketing, and demand generation programs.

  • Skilled at analyzing performance metrics, and applying insights to optimize partner programs.

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to start as a solo contributor and grow into a team leader, balancing hands-on execution with strategic oversight.

  • Global Mindset & Flexibility: Comfortable working across time zones, traveling for partner meetings and events, and navigating multi-cultural business environments.

  • English C1, Polish and additional languages a plus
