For myself as a Founder of LemanSkills company, I'm looking for a passionate and driven person to support me in various operational and administrative tasks, contributing to building company's brand and grow our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Support with day-to-day activities and administrative tasks.
Arrange and coordinate travel plans, meetings and calendar.
Assist in the organization and execution of workshops and other Knowledge Industry-related events.
Prepare materials and other resources needed for workshop (digital and old-school paper).
Manage and update social media accounts (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest mainly).
Being a point of contact for clients and vendors to coordinate current projects.
Who is my person:
Fluent in Polish and English is (verbal & written) is a must.
A student or a passionate about marketing, social media, branding and related.
Eager to learn and a quick implementer & doer.
Excellent organizational skills.
Precise, data-driven and accurate decision-maker.
Proficient in using graphic design & social media platforms and tools (i.e. CupCut, Canva).
Eager to connect with others, be in various contacts every week.
