As a Lexmotion Law Firm, we help people from all over the world claim their EU Polish citizenship based on their Polish roots so they can fully enjoy all EU rights. We proudly help to expand our clients’ life choices by connecting them to their EU citizenship — while challenging ourselves to lead each legal journey in a simplified & humanized way.

We seek a dedicated Service Delivery & Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our daily operations. 


Your responsibilities

Ownership of the entire service cycle and smooth delivery to our international clients. This includes planning, organizing, controlling, and monitoring all necessary operations related to the EU/Polish citizenship procedure. Additionally, you will: 

  • Prepare applications for Polish citizenship and registration of Polish vital records.
  • Help evaluate and analyze foreign documents and other pertinent data.
  • Manage correspondence with clients and provide support to our Associates and Specialists.
  • Establish stable and efficient cooperation with clerks and public institutions.
  • Manage both volume and complex cases.
  • Mentor team members on adopting a “client-in-the-center” approach.
  • Proactively seek input from team members and foster collaborative idea-sharing.
  • Oversee the management and improvement of CRM and other business tools and processes.


Our requirements

  • Effective customer service knowledge or equivalent experience.
  • Proactive communication skills for identifying opportunities and suggesting improvements to both clients and within our Lexmotion business.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and fulfill commitments responsibly.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills (C1/C2 level).
  • Capacity to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Effective usage of business tools such as CRM, Asana, Miro, and others.

 

Optional

  • Knowledge in managing administrative procedures or equivalent experience (it is an advantage but is not required)
  • Spanish language proficiency (it is an advantage but is not required).
