Junior Accounting Specialist - 100% remote possible (m/f/d)

Your role and main tasks

• Comprehensive handling of accounting documents, including daily posting and verification of sales and purchase invoices, for both individual and business clients, using various internal systems.

• Active participation in payment settlement processes, including posting incoming payments, reconciling balances on selected accounting accounts, as well as settling transactions from marketplace platforms and cash-on-delivery/P24 payments.

• Support in ensuring compliance with tax regulations through fiscal control and involvement in processes related to the National e-Invoice System (KSeF).

Candidate's Profile

• You demonstrate interest in development within finance, audit or accounting areas

• You have keen eye for details and numbers

• You have good command of English; Polish or German would be advantageous

• Preferably you are studying Accounting or Finance
