Junior Accountant

We're on the lookout for a Junior Accountant who will handle daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing, and financial recordkeeping.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles,

• Experience with accounting software (Saldeo, Symfonia will be a plus),

• Willingness to learn and grow in the finance field,

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy,

• Good organizational and time-management skills,

• Communication skills in Polish and English at least C1 level (verbal and written).

What you will be responsible for:

• Processing and recording expense documents in the accounting system,

• Ensuring timely receipt and flow of documents,

• Verifying and processing employee expense claims and reimbursements,

• Providing data and assistance during the preparation of budgets,

• Assisting in preparing financial audit.
