To keep that running smoothly, we’re looking for a well-organized, proactive person who enjoys bringing structure to information, improving internal processes, and working cross-team. In this role, you’ll support internal and external communication, business operations, and onboarding - with a strong focus on keeping content, data, and tools consistent and up to date.


We are looking for:

  • Someone who can manage and continuously improve the company intranet - organizing, updating, and structuring internal materials

  • A person who can create and update PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use

  • A coordinator for social media activities - handling day-to-day communication independently, and collaborating with the creative team on bigger initiatives, ensuring consistency with the marketing strategy (Canva and Figma would be a plus),

  • An analytical mind who can work with data from our CRM, LinkedIn, Hubspot, job boards, and translate it into insights and recommendations for the Recruitment and Sales teams

  • A detail-oriented administrator who will manage recruitment tools (e.g., Recruitify, LinkedIn) and ensure data is complete, well-structured, and features are used effectively

  • A support partner for onboarding - creating onboarding roadmaps and keeping the process structured and consistent, supported by clear documentation and templates

  • A coordinator for internal communication around legal and financial changes - monitoring relevant updates, connecting teams, and distributing knowledge across the organization


Apply if you have:

  • Experience in internal/external communication, operations, PMO/project management, business analysis, recruitment support, employer branding, or marketing coordination

  • Very good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or Google Workspace

  • Strong analytical thinking - you can turn data into clear conclusions and recommendations

  • Great organization and attention to detail (you keep things tidy, consistent, and documented)

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders

  • Solid English (written and spoken) for day-to-day collaboration and content work


Nice to have:

  • Basic understanding of HR/recruitment metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, source performance)

  • Comfort with dashboards/reporting (Excel + basic Power BI / Looker Studio)


  • Interest in technology and the IT industry, with the ability to quickly understand roles, tools, and market context
