Digital Marketing & Growth Manager
We’re hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Lead to build and run our digital marketing engine end to end. This role blends strategy with day-to-day execution across LinkedIn, content, website optimisation, SEO, webinars and paid campaigns. You’ll start as the main owner of the function, supported by freelancers/agencies when needed, and help shape how marketing scales as the business grows.

What you’ll do:
Own and drive the full digital marketing strategy, from planning to execution and optimisation
Grow brand visibility, attract the right audience, and increase inbound demand
Build and scale a strong LinkedIn presence with high-quality, relevant content
Create and manage content across LinkedIn, website, campaigns and webinars
Produce simple visuals and short-form videos using modern tools
Improve website messaging, structure and conversion performance
Lead SEO initiatives to increase organic reach and long-term inbound growth
Launch and optimise webinars and paid digital campaigns
Track performance and turn data into improvements across engagement, leads and pipeline impact
Work closely with leadership to align marketing with commercial priorities
Use modern tools, automation and AI to improve speed, quality and output
Manage external partners (freelancers/agencies) when needed
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience leading and executing B2B digital marketing
Strong track record in content, growth, demand generation and digital channels
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, website marketing, SEO, webinars and paid campaigns
Strong execution skills: you can build, write, launch, test and iterate yourself
Comfortable creating basic visuals or short-form video content
Experience in fast-paced, high-ownership environments (startup/high-growth)
Strong understanding of modern marketing tools and workflows (incl. automation/AI)
Excellent written English
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Nice to have:
Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, regtech or financial services
Experience marketing to banks, asset managers or fund administrators
Experience building a marketing function with limited internal resources
Experience managing freelancers, agencies or external specialists
