Do you enjoy hunting for hidden talent, and feel totally at home on the Internet? Perfect! We’re looking for someone to join our team and support us in the early stages of IT recruitment projects. No experience? No problem! All you need is an open mind, a willingness to learn, and a

genuine curiosity about people.

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking part in the initial stages of recruitment projects
• Searching for candidates who match the ideal profile – both in our internal ATS systems and online (LinkedIn, social media, and other interesting places),
• Working closely with our Delivery team to create shortlists of potential candidates.

Who we’re looking for

Someone who:

• Has an eye for detail and loves digging for information,
• Feels confident navigating the internet and social media (LinkedIn),
• Enjoys teamwork and isn’t afraid to ask questions,
• Is eager to learn about recruitment, the IT industry, and to grow their skills day by day.
