Opis stanowiska

We are seeking an experienced Digital Strategy Consultant with a deep understanding of marketing and the technology behind CMS/DXP solutions. In this role, you will act as a key partner to client marketing teams, helping them achieve their business objectives by leveraging digital experience platforms. You will bridge the gap between marketing and technology, translating strategic goals into actionable roadmaps that drive measurable results.


Responsibilities:


  • Client Strategy Development: Act as a trusted advisor to client marketing teams, understanding their business goals and crafting strategic plans that translate objectives into actionable steps.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops to dive deep into client marketing processes, mapping their mar-tech landscape and developing digital strategies that align with their vision.
  • Advisory Role: Provide continuous, proactive insights and recommendations to clients, improving their marketing strategies and technology integration without waiting for formal requests.
  • Expert Marketing Guidance: Apply over 10 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including automation, personalization, and A/B testing, to optimize client campaigns.
  • Results-Oriented Execution: Align client marketing initiatives with their KPIs and overall business objectives, ensuring all strategies contribute to meaningful, measurable outcomes.
  • Technology Implementation: Leverage your expertise in CMS/DXP platforms to guide clients through the successful integration of these technologies into their marketing operations.
  • Project Leadership: Evaluate existing marketing systems and develop actionable plans for implementing improvements, ensuring smooth integration and high performance.
  • Collaborative Planning: Work closely with clients to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on marketing plans, objectives, and timelines, fostering collaboration for successful outcomes.


Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing strategies and technologies.
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of CMS/DXP technologies and their implementation.
  • Excellent consultative skills, capable of running workshops and creating actionable digital strategies.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and driving client success.
