Project Manager – Finance & Accounting Transformation


About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives in the area of finance and accounting transformation. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive meaningful operational change, enhance financial processes, and work closely with key stakeholders across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of finance transformation projects.

  • Work closely with business leaders to pinpoint opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

  • Build and manage detailed project plans, defining clear timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

  • Track and report project progress to senior leadership, providing regular status updates.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and maintaining high-quality project documentation.

  • Manage project budgets, oversee schedules, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing any potential roadblocks.

  • Support change management efforts, fostering adoption of new processes and solutions.

  • Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.


Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing projects in the field of finance and accounting transformation.

  • Solid knowledge of accounting processes and operational best practices.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working with project management frameworks (Agile/Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization.

  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

  • Fluent in English (C1), both spoken and written.

  • Strong sense of ownership, leadership, and the ability to drive change effectively.
