Job Title: Change Management Consultant – Senior Consultant

Profile Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Consultant with a focus on cultural transformation and the adoption of data-driven practices. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in change management, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, with a background in the banking or public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and data culture adoption
• Assess organizational readiness for data collaboration and identify key enablers and blockers
• Design and implement communication strategies and training concepts to facilitate change
• Support the embedding of data governance roles and responsibilities across the organization
• Engage and manage a wide range of stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of change initiatives

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in consulting
• Proven experience in cultural transformation and change management
• Familiarity with data culture and governance frameworks
• Experience in the banking and/or public sector is highly preferred
