We are looking for a highly structured and data-driven Digital Marketing Operations & KPI Manager to oversee performance tracking, reporting systems, and execution consistency across multiple client accounts. This role focuses on building clarity inside marketing operations, ensuring accurate attribution, clean CRM data, and measurable ROI across paid ads, funnels, and automation workflows.
You will work closely with leadership to monitor KPIs, audit campaigns, improve lead tracking, and optimize performance reporting across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems, and analytics dashboards.
Responsibilities:
• Own KPI tracking and reporting across client campaigns
• Monitor lead attribution and marketing funnel performance
• Audit CRM data and ensure operational accuracy
• Coordinate with paid ads and tech teams to resolve tracking gaps
• Build and maintain structured reporting dashboards
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation
• Solid analytical and reporting skills
• High attention to detail and process discipline
• Comfortable working with data and performance dashboards
• Strong written English
