Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
Strategy & Business Partnership:
Partner with senior leadership to co-create and execute the HR strategy, translating business goals and growth plans into concrete people initiatives with measurable impact
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, proactively identifying people-related risks and opportunities during business planning cycles, expansions, or organisational pivots
Participate actively in business development discussions, providing workforce planning input, talent gap analysis, and people cost modelling to support informed strategic decisions
Diagnose organisational health through regular leadership calibrations, pulse checks, and data signals - and translate findings into actionable recommendations presented to the executive team
Talent, Culture & Organisational Development:
Build and strengthen a positive, inclusive, and high-performing organisational culture
Drive talent review and succession planning processes, working hands-on with managers to identify high-potential employees and design tailored development paths aligned to future business needs
Lead and facilitate organisational design work during scaling phases - including role scoping, span-of-control reviews, and team restructuring - ensuring people structures support operational efficiency
Support and directly contribute to organisational development and scaling initiatives, taking ownership of end-to-end delivery where needed rather than purely an advisory role
Champion a feedback-oriented culture by designing and running structured feedback processes (e.g. 360s, manager effectiveness surveys) and coaching leaders on how to act on results
Operational HR & Day-to-Day Partnership:
Create, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and best practices - balancing operational rigour with pragmatism and speed-to-implement in a dynamic environment
Support employees, contractors, and managers in all people-related matters
Serve as the primary point of contact for managers on complex employee relations cases, performance management, and workforce change, providing hands-on guidance from initial conversation through to resolution
Ensure compliance with Polish labour law and HR regulations, including contractor (B2B) cooperation models - proactively flagging regulatory changes that may affect the business and preparing the organisation accordingly
Handle sensitive and confidential employee, contractor, and business information with professionalism and discretion
Insights, Reporting & HR Team Leadership:
Prepare data-driven HR reports, workforce analyses, and executive-ready presentations with clear, actionable recommendations - connecting people metrics directly to business performance
Define and track people KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, retention rates, engagement scores, eNPS) and use these to drive continuous improvement across the HR function and business units
Manage and mentor the HR team, supporting their professional development while actively modelling a hands-on, business-oriented approach to HR delivery
