Client Experience Representative at LYNX Broker

We’re looking for a Client Experience Representative to answer the inquiries of our existing and prospective clients. Such inquiries may regard various aspects of trading on the stock exchange, information about investment products as well as the functionalities of the trading platform.  

LYNX is a self-investing online broker - this means we do not advise our clients on their investment decisions nor issue any investment recommendations. Instead, we strive to ensure the best possible conditions for successful trading experience for both professional and retail clients. Our goal is to educate clients in the field of investing and help them understand opportunities and risks associated with trading on the stock market. 

The ideal candidate for this position is a well-mannered, client-oriented problem solver, financial markets enthusiast with genuine interest in trading. Native Polish language and communicative English is required. 

💡 Additional information: The candidate for this position is required to relocate to Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Answer phone calls, respond to chat messages and emails as primary point of contact for our clients  
• Assist clients with issues regarding operations on their investment account 
• Educate clients via different channels such as webinars, writing/translating articles for our website, or ensuring individual training. 
• Contact broker’s service & trading desk to solve trading or administrative issues
• Work on numerous internal projects that may include building a knowledge database for our clients or enhancing internal procedures 
• Cooperate and exchange knowledge with colleagues from Customer Due Diligence, Transaction Monitoring, Compliance and Marketing departments
