We are currently looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter who will play a key role in delivering top engineering talent and driving successful recruitment processes.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering and R&D outsourcing roles

• Source and attract top IT talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques

• Conduct candidate interviews, evaluating both technical expertise and soft skills

• Match candidates with client requirements, including project needs and budget expectations

• Negotiate terms and manage offer processes with candidates and clients

What we expect

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment with a strong track record of successful placements

• Deep understanding of the IT & engineering job market

• Hands-on experience in sourcing, headhunting, and interviewing candidates

• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing offer processes

• Experience working with ATS systems (Zoho Recruit preferred) and recruitment tools

• Fluent Polish and English

• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on efficiently closing roles
