Tasks:
Close collaboration with Project Managers in delivering advisory projects across the Compensation & Benefits domain
Conducting analyses of compensation data and preparing clear, insight‑driven reports and market benchmarks
Developing structured datasets, summaries and visually clean client presentations
Supporting the design of reward policies, salary structures and benefit solutions
Collaborating with project teams and client stakeholders to gather, validate and interpret data
Requirements:
Around 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR analytics
Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR and compensation data
Very good command of Excel; familiarity with Power Query or Power BI is an advantage
University degree in economics, finance, analytics, management or related fields
Fluent English, both spoken and written
High accuracy, structured working style and ability to manage tasks in a project‑driven environment
A proactive mindset, readiness to learn from senior consultants and navigate a dynamic consulting setting
