Sales Enablement Analyst (M/K)

Our client – multinational medical devices Company, is looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst to support and continuously improve their Salesforce CRM and Power BI analytics landscape. In this junior-mid level position, you will play an important role in empowering sales and marketing teams by ensuring effective use of data, analytics, and CRM tools. You will contribute to dashboard development, user support, tool enhancements, and adoption initiatives, while supporting the long-term Commercial Excellence strategy.

You will become the go-to expert for Power BI within the organization, driving improvements, coordinating testing activities, delivering trainings, and helping translate business needs into meaningful analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for all Power BI–related topics, initiatives, and enhancements

  • Convert business requirements into user-friendly analytical dashboards and continuously improve existing Power BI solutions

  • Collect, structure, and document business needs, user stories, and use cases for CRM and analytics enhancements

  • Plan and execute testing activities, including preparation of test scenarios, coordination of feedback, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Provide daily support to business users by resolving issues, answering queries, and managing tickets through SolMan

  • Ensure high data quality through data preparation, cleansing, bulk updates, and mass data uploads

  • Administer user access, roles, and permissions within the Power BI environment

  • Drive adoption of Salesforce (CV360) and Power BI through communication initiatives, training sessions, and best-practice sharing

  • Deliver both in-person and virtual trainings, onboarding sessions, and system demonstrations for various user groups

  • Create scalable training materials, user guides, and e-learning content to support continuous learning

  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, IT teams, and process owners to support seamless system integrations

  • Proactively identify and explore new tools and functionalities to further enhance CRM and analytics maturity

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL‑300) is a strong asset

  • 2-5 years of professional experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM and analytics platforms in complex data environments

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in collaborating closely with business users and stakeholders across functions

  • Ability to clearly explain data insights and analytical concepts to non-technical audiences in a practical and engaging way

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office combined with strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable leading trainings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions with patience and a user-focused mindset

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong focus on process improvement and data quality

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); based in Poland or Spain and open to travel of up to approximately 50%
