Key Responsibilities
This is a builder role. You'll design, launch, and continuously improve the systems that drive top-of-funnel performance and pipeline quality - end to end. Success means lead volume, lead quality, enrichment depth, and measurable impact on conversion.
Build and own AI-driven lead generation and enrichment systems — not just operate them
Define and iterate the logic behind outreach targeting, sequencing, and personalization
Own CRM as a revenue intelligence layer - structuring data and reporting to directly influence pipeline and closing decisions
Design, launch, and rapidly iterate (weekly) on systems driving top-of-funnel performance, with clear test → learn → scale/kill cycles
Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email) with full ownership of results
Deploy and refine AI agents that make prospecting scalable and continuously smarter
Collaborate cross-functionally to keep sales, marketing, and product narratives aligned
Proactively identify gaps in the top-of-funnel process and ship improvements without waiting to be asked
Requirements
2 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a similar builder-type role
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes (preferably in the tech industry)
Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and data enrichment workflows
Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).Focused on outcomes and insights, not maintenance
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into decisions
High agency: you look for answers, fix things proactively, and operate well without a playbook
Excellent communication skills, especially in outreach and campaign contexts
Strong written communication; English at C1 or above
