For our client, a global consulting firm, we are looking for a Strategic Leader – Finance Transformation & Digital GBS who will be responsible for driving financial and technological process transformations within the organization.

This is a hybrid position, with the opportunity to work from one of the following cities: Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice, Wroclaw, Poznan, Opole, Lublin, or Gdansk. The role requires a minimum of 30% travel for project-related activities.

Your Tasks:

• Define and deliver the latest global offer, assets, and capabilities across Business Services practices (Finance and Accounting, Supply Chain, People Operations, Customer Operations, Intelligent Automation, etc.)
• Shape and own the value proposition for the Digital GBS offer across practices and respond to rapidly evolving market needs
• Act as a visionary and trusted advisor for clients, bringing inspiration and innovations (including Generative AI) and leading by example across transformation, delivery, and technology streams
• Support Go-To-Market (GTM) leads and sales teams by driving lead generation, proposal development, commercial structuring, and direct client engagement
• Represent the business at analyst and industry events (e.g., SSON) to strengthen brand presence and generate interest in the Digital GBS offering
• Establish and maintain key strategic partnerships with clients, internal stakeholders, partners, and third-party organizations

Your Profile:

• Extensive leadership experience in the GBS industry, with a strong record in advisory, GBS setup, and transformation programs
• Deep expertise in finance transformation and operating models, particularly in digital acceleration (e.g., S/4HANA, AI, automation platforms)
• Demonstrated ability to shape and close large-scale deals and transformation programs
• Experience in offer and proposition development across functions and geographies
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and influencing skills, including engagement with C-level executives
• Strategic mindset, innovation-oriented, with a strong business acumen and ability to drive measurable outcomes
• Familiarity with performance metrics such as revenue growth, margin expansion, analyst rankings, and business development targets
• Fluent spoken and written English (CEFR C1 or higher)

Nice to have:

• Experience in managing high-performing international teams
• Certifications in project management or professional domains (e.g., CIMA, CPA, ACCA, PMP, CSCP)
