As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assistance in processing orders accurately and efficiently, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients from France and other EU countries.
- Providing support for Customers by emails and phone to all inquiries in the areas of pricing, product availability, basic product specifications, complaints, parts identification, order status and sales leads,
- Assistance in entering customer orders accurately and efficiently into the system,
- Working closely with our sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Excellent English and Polish skills (min. B2),
- Proficient French skills (min. C1),
- Data entry skills and attention to detail,
- Problem solving skills,
- SAP knowledge would be a plus.
