Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As HR Service Delivery Team Leader, you will coordinate end-to-end delivery of defined portfolio, distribute tasks within the team, manage the teams skills and competences, design and improve processes, report on KPI's and manage external suppliers. In this role you will also personally contribute to the services like delivering payroll preparation, data management, time and absence management and employment contracts, personal files. You will also collaborate on further developing the offering of HR services.
This role is a combination of leading and coordinating the team and hands on tasks.
Your tasks:
- HR Policies:
- Drive harmonization of HR policies and procedures across businesses and countries.
- HR Systems:
- Owns Country HR (“platform”) systems, policies and procedures and drive harmonization.
- Utilizing technology to drive continuous improvement, digitalization and automation of HR processes.
- Promotes self service solutions for employees and managers.
- Compliance:
- Respond to employee queries promptly and effectively.
- Ensures legal and audit compliance and alignment with MT Group policies and local Labor Law.
- Supports data governance and data quality initiatives.
- Payroll, Time & Attendance Process, Mobility process:
- Manage and maintain payroll process and ensures SOX compliance.
- Manage and maintain T&A processes and system.
- Manage mobility/international assignments projects with supplier supports.
- People Management:
- Directly supervises the team, its tasks and performance.
- Manages the KPI's and develops organization towards them.
- Developing required skills and competences of HR SD team members.
- Change Management:
- Drive change management towards embedding service culture and engagement model.
- Process Improvement:
- Identifies actively opportunities to drive business process improvement together with Business HR and HR SD Europe.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 10 years of professional experience in HR, and at least 2 years of experience as Team Leader,
- Experienced in Cooperation with external providers in the area of payroll, benefits, HR administration,

Strong knowledge of employment laws and practices in Poland with strong focus on payroll aspects,

Excellent English and Polish (written and spoken),
- Experience in working with HR system (eg. Workday, SAP HCM - Organizational Management, Expertis),
- Strong organizational skills, and ability to lead projects on system improvement,
- Good communication and influencing skills (gains support and commitment from others; influences the decisions and actions of individuals or groups),
- Quality, results and service orientated. Be able to work on and understand system details,
- Advanced skills in MS Office with strong focus on Excel and Word, SharePoint usage,
- Team oriented (shares knowledge with others and supports the development of team members; demonstrates commitment to team objectives),
- Hands-on experience of delivering service excellence that enhances the client experience.
