✍️ You will give: administrative and analytical support in designing, implementing, and managing our global rewards processes.
By supporting the team you'll play a key role implementing and conducting competitive, compliant, and innovative global rewards programs.
The position reports into the Head of Global Compensation and Benefits who leads a small dynamic, collaborative, and international team.
Your responsibilities:
- Compensation:
- Support the manager in the tasks related to the yearly salary review process, including consolidating global inputs, considering benchmarks and communication of final decisions.
- Administration of variable compensation and payout calculations.
- Coordinate the participation in annual benchmarking surveys and act as first point of contact regarding benchmarking and grading requests on a global level.
- Stock Plan Administration:
- Supply participants as well as local HR and Finance with relevant information including the provision of the necessary documents.
- Provide advice and support to participants and the local Units across the globe.
- Responsible for keeping Stock Plan database and insider list up to date
- Global Mobility:
- Collect data for new international assignments and prepare assignment letters.
- Coordinate assignment services with the respective providers.
- Support the Global Mobility Manager in various ad-hoc tasks and projects.
- In addition, you will participate in various projects our CoE is driving and engaged in.(e.g. HR Transformation project, bonus re-design)
What You Need to Succeed:
- 2 years' experience in Human Resources (preferably in Compensation, Benefits or Global Mobility) or Finance;
- Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written);
- Very good Excel skills (level of pivot tables and various formulas);
- Strong analytical skills and detail orientation;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural setting with ability to set priorities;
- High ethical standards in working with confidential data;
This will be your additional asset:
- Knowledge of HCM System Workday.
