Internal job title, that will appear on the contract is Product and Application Specialist pH Lab.

Your tasks: 

• Support of European internal and external customers on laboratory pH meters, low-end density, and refractometers as well as low-end titrators (electrochemistry instruments) via telephone and email in German and English, 

• Tests of new and improved hardware and software, 

• Tests of existing hardware and software to evaluate quality issues, 

• Creation and maintenance of helpful tools for customers, 

• Proofreading of pH Lab documents (manuals, brochures, etc.) 📄, 

• Collaboration with Market Support Group in Switzerland.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Educational background in natural sciences (biotechnology, bioengineering, chemistry, biology, or similar) or working experience in a scientific laboratory 🔬,

• Very good knowledge of German (speaking and writing, C1),

• Good knowledge of English (min. B2),

• Ability to friendly and comprehensively communicate with our B2B customers via e-mail and phone 💻,

Nice to have:

• Experience in working with analytical instruments, i.e. with pH meters,

• Customer service experience would also be an asset.

📍This role requires being based in Warsaw.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:

• Initial interview - language check (approx. 15 min)
