Job Description

• Monitor and analyze transactions on assigned accounts to detect potential suspicious activities, including signs of money laundering.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data anomalies in alignment with AML/BSA regulations and industry best practices.
• Work closely with Compliance, Data Management, and cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to AML standards and meet transaction analysis and reporting requirements.
• Leverage complex data sources and technical analytical tools to carry out daily responsibilities effectively.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment, continuously enhancing analytical and reporting processes.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in both English and German at a B2 level.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent analytical abilities with strong problem-solving skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and build cooperative, collaborative relationships.
• 100% remote from Poland
