About Our Client

Thanks to an experience of more than 70 years, our client has been developing a wide range of high performance refractory products adapted to the needs of industrialists. These products are formulated with silico-aluminous materials and other special compounds such as graphite, Zircon..


Their future Area Sales Engineer for Czehia will be respinsible on develloping partnership with local industrials in the Czech territory. Scope of the role is likely to expand in the upcoming years for covering a bigger share of Eastern Europe market.


Job Description

The future Area Sales Manager will be responsible of :


Develop and Execute Sales Strategy

  • Implement targeted sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets across the designated area.
  • Identify new business opportunities within various sectors using refractory materials (e.g., steel, glass, cement, etc.).


Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and prospective clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to internal teams to inform product development and positioning.


Technical Consultation

  • Offer technical expertise and product recommendations to clients, ensuring solutions meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical and production teams to tailor products for customer-specific applications.


Sales Forecasting & Reporting

  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports to provide insights on sales performance, market trends, and potential growth areas.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.


Negotiate Contracts & Pricing

  • Manage the negotiation process for sales agreements, ensuring competitive pricing and mutually beneficial terms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing structures during negotiations.


Post-Sales Support

  • Ensure after-sales service, including technical assistance and customer support, to drive repeat business and client retention.
  • Address any product issues or concerns in coordination with the technical team.


The Successful Applicant

Having a bachelor degree; Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in cement industry; Knowledge of the refractory sector; High level of motivation and ability to manage customer relationship with confidence; Great interpersonal and communication skills; Being result oriented; Ability to travel in the assigned region; Fluent in English.
