About Our Client

The company is a leading provider of alternative and specialty automotive parts. This role is based within Global Competency Centre focuses on delivering high-quality, centralized services across various business functions. Its aim is to enhance efficiency, standardize processes, and drive innovation.


Job Description

  • Overseeing the local HR department while aligning with the broader group to implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Contributing to shaping the organization's vision and fostering a strong corporate culture.
  • Developing and executing HR plans to address critical business needs in a rapidly evolving environment, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Assessing the needs of employees and the organization, and crafting sustainable solutions to meet those demands.
  • Leading and managing the HR team, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the ongoing growth and development of team members.
  • Overseeing payroll functions, managing external vendors, and ensuring accurate HR-related reporting.
  • Enforcing and enhancing company policies and procedures, introducing improvements where necessary.
  • Driving the continuous evolution of HR programs focused on recruitment, employee retention, compensation, and professional development.
  • Supporting managers and employees with key HR activities while fostering effective collaboration across various departments.
  • Ensuring all HR policies and practices comply with applicable local regulations and proactively communicating with stakeholders when needed.


The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience within a shared service organization is essential, prior experience leading a team is advantageous
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Strong knowledge of Polish employment laws and HR regulations in order to ensure compliance
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
