- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans regarding to business goals
- Assess gaps and needs in product marketing materials and make recommendations for enhancements
- Work closely with the EMEA marketing team
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels
- Coordinate participation in industry-specific tradeshows, conferences, and events to increase brand visibility, scientific exposure, generate leads, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution
- Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders such as professional education, therapy awareness and training team to ensure alignment on strategies and support on execution
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for market expansion and product innovation
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-7 years of demonstrated experience in marketing role
- Experience in medical device, biopharma, healthcare or another regulated field is a must
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple programs at once and effectively prioritize work are essential
- Experience utilizing data to define digital strategy
- Fluency in Polish and English
