- End-to-end payroll processing for employees in DACH region, ensuring timely and accurate salary calculations and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborating with HR, Finance, and external partners to maintain payroll accuracy and address inquiries.
- Managing employee data, updating payroll systems, and ensuring all changes are properly documented.
- Assisting with payroll reporting, tax filings, and audits.
- Contributing to process improvements and supporting payroll system implementations.
- Proficiency in German (B2/C1) and English (B2).
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll, supporting German-speaking countries.
- Knowledge of German payroll regulations and relevant labor laws.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with payroll software will be an advantage.
