Job Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across different departments.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure the best talent is recruited.
• Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Co-participation in HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and recruitment trends.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in managing independent recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and strategies.
• Very good communication skills in English (both written and spoken) - a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an international organization, will be an advantage.
