Job Description

• Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for digital workplace technologies to ensure all users are proficient and confident in their use.
• Documentation: Create, maintain, and update user guides, FAQs, and other documentation to support the effective use of digital workplace tools.
• Technology Adoption: Promote and drive the adoption of digital workplace technologies across the organization, ensuring users understand the benefits and best practices of each tool.
• Collaboration: Work closely with GTS, HR, and other departments to align digital experience initiatives with business goals and user needs.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of digital workplace technologies.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor the usage and effectiveness of digital workplace tools, gathering feedback from users to continuously improve and optimize the digital experience.
• Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to digital workplace technologies and incorporate this knowledge into training and support activities.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in training, documentation, and technology adoption of digital workplace technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office Suite, Video Conferencing, Outlook, and other communication and collaboration tools.
• Strong ability to work comfortably with users at all levels of the organization.
• Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and changing user needs.
• Near-native English speaking and writing skills.
