The company runs two distinguished Amazon FBA Private Label Brands DYNMC YOU and Milula Studios. With a global presence, the company has a team of twelve dedicated individuals, co-founded by Lucas and Isabell.

They are not only expanding their reach on Amazon but are also venturing into selling on their own Shopify store.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing our accounting operations, including accounts payable and the maintenance and analysis of our profit and loss (P&L) statements and cash flow forecasts. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy and providing strategic insights to support our business decisions. The position has the potential to grow into a financial controller role/team leader.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Manage daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

📦 Handle accounts payable and manage vendor relations.

📑 Maintain and analyze P&L statements to identify financial trends and advise on potential improvements.

💼 Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

🗓️ Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, assessing and improving financial performance.

🧾 Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting using QuickBooks.

📊 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and financial management.

Working Hours ⏰: Full time aligned with EU times.

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role within the e-commerce industry.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles applicable to e-commerce in the EU.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
