Digital Marketing Specialist
Tasks
Execute marketing initiatives such events, social media, paid advertising based on defined strategy and quarterly roadmap
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and within budget
Execute growth hacking experiments
Develop engaging marketing content for the website, emails, and social media
Implement landing pages and case studies
Plan, organize and promote online events
Conduct competitor analyses and market research
Track and analyze campaign metrics and provide regular performance reports and actionable insights
Must have
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and AI tools
Proficiency in executing and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Experience managing social media channels with a data-driven approach (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)
Excellent command of Polish and English (C1)
Strong writing skills
Knowledge of Hubspot
Analytical mindset with experience using GA4 and marketing analytics tools (eg.: Semrush, Hotjar)
Basic knowledge of Canva and WordPress
Strong organizational skills for managing complex projects and workflows
Self-starter attitude
Nice to have
Proven experience in B2B marketing
Knowledge of Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
