What will you be working on?

We already have a well-defined project waiting for you.

As a Project Manager at Miquido, you’ll take the lead on a key initiative for one of the top telecom companies

in Central Europe — a recognizable brand used daily by millions.

What you will do:

• Lead 1-3 project teams (Mobile, Frontend, Backend, AWS, R&D, Design)
• Drive Agile transformation and support the team in requirement gathering and ideation
• Manage the project backlog and ensure smooth task execution
• Organize daily teamwork using Scrum and Agile practices
• Act as a servant leader—handle tasks from admin duties to strategic planning
• Build strong client relationships, conduct demos, and provide status updates
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master in IT
• Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and client communication
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (C1 level required)
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong people skills—able to motivate teams and influence stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Technical background or an interest in IT development
• Experience in eCommerce or Telecom industries
• Knowledge of AI tools or modern technologies to optimize work efficiency
