About the Role
We need a skilled marketing executor who can implement and optimize our inbound marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with our Head of Growth who provides strategic direction, while you focus on the hands-on execution and continuous improvement of our marketing systems.
You'll help execute marketing campaigns that connect healthcare executives and technical leaders with solutions that can accelerate their mission. Your work will contribute to getting life-saving innovations to market faster.

Your Core Responsibilities
Implement and optimize our lead generation funnel from awareness to qualified opportunity
Create conversion-focused landing pages, lead magnets, and nurture sequences that resonate with healthcare decision-makers
Set up marketing automation workflows that qualify prospects based on real business need, not just engagement
Execute webinar campaigns from promotion through follow-up
A/B test everything: headlines, CTAs, email subject lines, landing page layouts
Monitor and report on campaign/funnel performance metrics and conversion rates
Write marketing copy for campaigns, emails, and landing pages
Coordinate with design team and external agencies for marketing assets
Optimize existing content for better conversion performance
Use AI tools to create and enhance marketing content efficiently
Who We're Looking For
You're someone who enjoys the execution side of marketing and takes pride in improving performance through testing and optimization.
Essential experience:
2-4 years in B2B marketing with hands-on experience executing campaigns and managing funnels
Demonstrated experience building funnels from scratch (not just optimizing what others created)
Marketing automation skills (you can design and implement complex workflows that qualify and nurture prospects appropriately)
Conversion copywriting skills (you write copy that connects with both technical teams and business executives)
AI tools proficiency (expert use of Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools for efficient content creation and optimization)
Webinar and event execution (you've planned and executed virtual events that generated qualified pipeline)
Collaborative approach (you work well with strategic guidance and can execute independently)
Data-focused mindset (you track performance and make optimization decisions based on results)
Good English (B2/C1 level) for creating content targeting US/EU markets
Nice to have:
Experience with healthcare, B2B SaaS, or regulated industries
Technical audience marketing experience through open-source products
HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform certification
Experience coordinating with design teams and agencies

Here is a detailed breakdown of the workflow for this position:
Initial phone interview (20-25 min): We'll have a quick chat to get to know each other and discuss your experience. It's a great opportunity for us both to see if there's a good fit.
Recruitment task: Following the interview, we will send you a task to complete. This practical exercise is designed to let you showcase your skills and approach to problem-solving in a real-world scenario.
Interview with Head of Growth (60-90 min): Successful candidates will be invited to meet with your potential manager(s). This is a deeper dive into your technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a chance for you to learn more about the specifics of the role and the team.
Meeting with the CEO (15 min): If you successfully pass the previous stages, we will invite you to meet with our CEO. This is a unique chance to hear firsthand about the company's vision, mission, and long-term goals, and to ask questions about the direction we are heading
Decision and feedback: After all the stages are complete, we'll get back to you with our final decision and detailed feedback on your application.
