Your Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier services,
  • Managing office supplies, business cards, and catering orders,
  • Organizing and coordinating catering for meetings, team lunches, and office events,
  • Booking and maintaining conference rooms,
  • Supporting document flow and expense settlements,
  • Coordinating basic office maintenance and liaising with service providers,
  • Welcoming guests and handling front desk/reception duties,
  • Ensuring order and smooth daily functioning of the office.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills,
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, and good communication skills,
  • Fluency in Polish and a good command of English,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.),
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus.
