Real Estate and Facilities Manager

Nasdaq is looking for Real Estate and Facilities Manager at Wrocław office to support office and facilities functions in Poland. You will be part of global Real Estate and Facilities Team and will be responsible for handling Nasdaq Poland office, play a key role in various local and global initiatives. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide direct support for Site Lead in conducting employee activities and engagement events. 

• Partner with Real Estate and act as Liaison with building management with regards to lease, security, maintenance, and other related aspects. 

• Partner with People@Nasdaq for questions regarding mobility arrangements for employees such as visas, employment passes, and other arrangements. 

• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of employees. 

• Partner with CIT for any related projects and initiatives for the Site. 

• Manage relationships with local contacts and vendors. 

• Take responsibility for employees’ occupational health and safety as per local legal requirements. 

• Analyze and supervise the maintenance and purchase of office supplies and equipment. 

• All other tasks which may be assigned. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years of similar job experience; 

• Native Polish speaker with great English skills; 

• Outstanding communication and time management skills; 

• Proactiveness and self-motivation; 

• Digital literacy.
