Contracting Specialist

Location: Warsaw | Poland | hybrid (2 days a week in the office)

Join Natek as a Contracting Specialist and support a top global pharmaceutical company!

In this role you will focus mainly on reviewing and negotiating contracts. You will be responsible for ensuring that contract terms align with internal standards and procedures, identifying and evaluating potential legal and business risks, and actively supporting the implementation of strategies to respond to feedback or proposed changes from external parties.

Your responsibilities

• Providing dedicated support for contracting redlines, reviews of agreements, and the development and implementation of strategies to address pushbacks while ensuring alignment with the company’s processes and objectives.

• Ensuring thorough and effective evaluation of contractual terms and conditions.

• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with contract agreements.

• Providing recommendations for risk avoidance and reduction.

Our requirements

• 5+ years of contract management experience, including review, analysis, and drafting.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, with the ability to propose innovative solutions and implement the needs of the CCT Team.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

It would be preferred if you

• Bachelor's degree in law.

• Experience in Research and Development Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, and Research Sponsored Agreements.
