🎯 Your Responsibilities:

✔ Promoting Naviparking solutions

✔ Developing long-term marketing strategies aligned with company goals

✔ Analyzing the market and competition to adapt to industry trends

✔ Building the brand’s image as an expert in parking technology

✔ Collaborating with media and business partners to enhance brand awareness

✔ Managing websites (e.g., cyfrowyparking.pl, naviparking.com) and optimizing SEO

✔ Running online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn)

✔ Developing and executing B2C customer acquisition strategies to increase direct purchases on cyfrowyparking.pl and mobile applications

✔ Social media marketing – creating and publishing engaging content

✔ Organizing email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns

✔ Help the sales team to get more leads through different lead generation marketing campaigns

✔ Creating surveys and collecting customer feedback to improve products and services

✔Help in producing high quality content for website and social media (articles, case studies, whitepapers, flyers, brochures)

✔ Managing Google Business and social media profiles to keep them relevant and engaging

✔ Creating an analysis report for the performance of Google Ads and social campaigns.

✔ Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) – number of leads, ROI, revenue, website conversions, and campaign effectiveness and suggest ways of improvement for the campaigns based on KPIs.

✔ Preparing reports and recommendations for future marketing activities

✔ Organizing and participating in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events, including booth setup, promotional materials, and presentations

🔹 Interest in modern technologies and marketing trends

🔹 Native Polish speaker, excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus
