Asset & Material Management Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Asset & Material Management Manager to join our team in Poland. This role involves maintaining accurate material master data, managing on-site materials, assets, loss prevention, maintenance, resource optimization, and inventory collaboration while ensuring compliance with the specified requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Data: Maintain accurate material master data in the system, ensuring complete documentation for all asset and inventory movements;
• Physical: Manage on-site materials, including requisitioning, receiving/shipping, borrowing/returning, and asset transfers. Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy against system records;
• Assets: Maintain asset register, issue asset tags, and ensure consistency between records and physical assets;
• Loss Prevention: Manage processes related to material loss, including accountability, compensation, and disposal of obsolete materials;
• Maintenance: Oversee material maintenance processes, coordinating with procurement for supplier services;
• Resource Optimization: Reallocate idle materials and manage inter-departmental transfers, updating ledger information accordingly;
• Inventory: Collaborate on inventory activities and track progress across warehouses.

Requirements:

• Ready to work fully on-site in Magnice at ul. Jana Heweliusza 3, 55-040;
• Bachelor's degree or above, background in science and engineering, with at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, logistics service providers, or a similar procurement role;
• Familiar with asset and material knowledge, including definitions, classifications, and management methods; proficient in Word and Excel;
• Honest and reliable, with excellent communication and cross-department coordination skills;
• Able to adapt to office environments and short-term travel in various countries in the European Union;
• Willing to travel between multiple warehouses as needed;
• Proficient in English writing and oral communication skills;
• Native/fluent Chinese as an advantage.
