Talent Acquisition Specialist

OneRail is a technology company innovating solutions for multi-modal delivery. We have built and continue to develop a delivery orchestration platform that connects shippers to an extensive courier ecosystem to automate, optimize, and control the entire delivery supply chain, from the demand signal to the proof of delivery. 

Our OmniPoint SaaS platform uses proprietary algorithms and artificial intelligence to power efficient same-day delivery programs for major companies like Lowe’s, Pepsi, American Tire Distributors, and Advance Auto Parts.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team for a one-year contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help building OneRail’s Technology Hub in Poland from scratch. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT various roles, including screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Develop, post, and monitor job advertisements, ensuring their effectiveness.
• Proactively search and attract candidates using direct search methods and innovative sourcing strategies to target passive candidates.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, ensuring a high level of communication and a positive Candidate Experience.
• Regularly update and expand a database of contacts for future recruitment needs, maintaining ongoing communication with key candidates.
• Negotiate job offers, salary packages in collaboration with HR.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of effective sourcing methods and recruitment tools (LinkedIn and other social platforms, ATS systems, sourcing tools). Having your own network of contacts is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to easily build relationships and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Experience in working with recruitment data and reporting progress.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Openness to taking on new tasks and challenges, with a strong focus on personal and professional development.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken (B2/C1).

Office location: Kraków, Poland

Work Style: hybrid (2-3 days from the office preferred), We are open to a more flexible arrangement for candidates located outside the Krakow area.

Salary Level : 12 000 – 16 000 PLN (B2B – 1 year contract)
