Recruiter (French-speaking)
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Factory and support end-to-end recruitment processes across Europe. This is your chance to be at the forefront of technological advancements in the telecommunications industry, working on projects that shape the future.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, from back-office support to senior IT&C positions
Actively source and directly approach candidates, using creative search strategies and modern tools
Analyze the labor market and recommend optimal channels to reach top talent
Draft and publish engaging job ads across relevant platforms
Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process
Partner with Hiring Managers to define recruitment needs and strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably within IT or fast-paced setting
Strong expertise in sourcing and direct search, with knowledge of modern talent acquisition methods
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Hiring Managers and build trusted partnerships
Fluent French and English (C1/C2); Polish is a plus
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-driven, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
