PACE Forwarding is a GDP-certified international forwarder with over a decade of team expertise in international logistics. We specialize in pharmaceutical and heavy transport solutions, delivering safe, compliant, and customer-focused services. With offices in Warsaw, Dubai, and Almaty, and a partner network of over 1,000 trucks operating across the EU and CIS regions, we are committed to driving excellence in logistics. In 2024, PACE Forwarding achieved remarkable milestones, including an 85% revenue growth and a 35% increase in pharmaceutical cargo transported, totaling 689 tons of pharmaceuticals delivered. Our portfolio expanded to include 211 trucking companies, and we successfully transported over 165 high & heavy units. These achievements underscore our commitment to growth, innovation, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

We’re now seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued success in the international logistics market.


Responsibilities:

  • Actively acquire new customers and develop existing client relationships in Road, Ocean and Air freight
  • Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate terms of cooperation.
  • Identify client needs and align our logistics services with their requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience (preferably in logistics or transport).
  • Advanced English skills – must-have for client communication.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust-based business relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
