Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers through email, chat and calls
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements:
Fluent English and German are a must
Previous experience in a customer-facing position would be a plus
Desire to work in a result-driven start-up
Great written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving mindset
Empathy and positive attitude toward customers
Ability to work both independently and in a group
Eagerness to learn
An open mind and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bonus points:
