We are currently looking for:
Feature Rollout Manager
In this position you will deal with:
Leading and steering global projects from planning to implementation of digital functions across multiple CMS platforms - including AEM - while working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Providing ongoing support and maintenance for selected markets.
Acting as the main point of contact for various stakeholders.
Reporting on project status through online meetings.
Conducting trainings and giving presentations on feature related topics.
What is important for us?
Proven experience in steering projects with globally distributed teams, ideally in the context of global website and feature rollouts.
Practical experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms, as well as strong familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
A solid technical background combined with a strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing projects end-to-end, including responsibility for timelines, budgets, quality, and resource coordination.
Ability to manage and align rollout plans and roadmaps while ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Knowledge of quality assurance processes, market testing, translation workflows, and reviewing project outcomes for accuracy and compliance.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international environments.
Very good written and spoken English skills; German is a plus.
A structured and reliable way of working, with the ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and tasks in a distributed team setup.
Openness to different cultures, a collaborative mindset, and enjoyment of working in an international context.
Willingness to actively contribute to process optimization, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

The Feature Rollout team is part of the Online and Web Department at The Marcom Engine. It is a truly international group of experts and highly committed rollout managers, who steer and optimize the global rollout of online features for a German car manufacturer to guarantee consistently great customer experience.
