As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for a high-level Sales & Operations Manager to lead our growing team. In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for refining our internal workflows and ensuring peak operational efficiency across the firm.
The Role: This is a leadership position requiring a proactive, "hands-on" approach. As Manager, you will lead, mentor, and coordinate the Specialist team while maintaining peak operational efficiency. Beyond providing strategic direction, you will handle complex CRM management, sophisticated customer engagement, and key marketing operations to ensure our global community receives world-class support.
Team Leadership & Process Optimization: You will lead, mentor, and coordinate the Specialist team while refining internal workflows. This involves hiring, training, and auditing operational procedures to ensure peak efficiency across the firm.
High-Level & VIP Engagement: You will provide sophisticated customer engagement by handling complex CRM management and escalated client tickets via email and Discord, while maintaining elite relationships with our VIP trading community.
CRM & System Administration: Beyond providing strategic direction, you will take a "hands-on" approach to managing the entire CRM architecture, ensuring sophisticated account tracking, automated workflows, and total data integrity.
Active Community Management: You will oversee and represent the company's voice across Discord, X, and Reddit, actively participating in crucial discussions to ensure our global community receives world-class support.
Advanced Analytics & Reporting: You will extract deep business insights from daily reports, tracking key performance metrics to present actionable feedback and strategic direction to stakeholders.
Marketing Operations Execution: You will actively plan and execute key marketing operations, including sophisticated mailing campaigns, professional messaging strategies, and supporting influencer and affiliate partnership outreach.
Requirements:
Professional English Proficiency: Expert-level written and verbal communication skills tailored for business leadership and sophisticated partner relations.
Proven Leadership Experience: 2-3 years of experience successfully managing teams or high-level projects within a remote operational environment.
Hands-on Attitude: A proactive willingness to execute daily operational tasks alongside the team to maintain peak performance.
Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to leverage data to extract insights and implement strategic process improvements.
Operational Expertise: Advanced proficiency in standardizing workflows using tools such as Jira, Notion, Slack, CRM systems, and Google Sheets.
Strong Ownership: Ability to take full accountability for team performance, operational health, and the achievement of core business goals.
