Sales & Operations Specialist

About Us: Forge of Traders is a fast-growing prop trading firm dedicated to providing traders with the

capital and tools they need to succeed. We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Operations Specialist to

join our team and help us deliver world-class support and operational excellence to our global community.

The Role: As a Specialist, you will be on the front lines of our daily operations. You will be responsible for

maintaining high satisfaction among our traders and ensuring that our internal processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Providing daily support to clients via email, Discord, and other communication channels. Resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly.

• CRM Management: Managing client accounts, tracking "challenges," and ensuring data accuracy within our CRM system.

• Community Presence: Actively engaging with our communities on Discord, X and Reddit. Representing the company professionally and moderating discussions.

• Operational Support: Executing daily tasks according to established procedures and helping with business reporting.

• Marketing Assistance: Supporting mailing campaigns, professional messaging, and basic outreach activities.

Requirements:

• Fluent English: High proficiency in written and verbal communication.

• Proactivity: A "get-it-done" attitude and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to review reports and draw basic conclusions.

• Technical Aptitude: Readiness to work with tools like Google Sheets, Jira, Notion, Slack, and CRM systems.

• Reliability: Responsibility for the assigned scope of tasks and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Trading as a passion: You already traded and are interested in financial markets.

• Flexibility: Openness to shift work and working in different time zones.

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in FinTech, Brokerage, Crypto, or Trading.

• Sales/Support Background: Experience in online customer service or sales.

• Marketing Skills: Experience in working with influencers or affiliates.

• Proficiency in using Discord (moderation experience is a huge plus).
