Currently, we’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our awesome team. We’re flexible with requirements, so if you are a candidate who has a majority match, but does not meet 100% of the requirements, that’s OK! We’d still love to hear from you.

 

Get ready to:

  • Identify and acquire new international clients
  • Build and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline
  • Lead outreach campaigns and prospecting activities
  • Understand customer pain points and propose solutions
  • Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Work closely with marketing to drive lead generation initiatives
  • Collaborate with tech teams to prepare winning proposals
  • Maintain detailed lead tracking and pipeline management in CRM
  • Deliver on KPIs and activity trgets

 

If you have…

  • Proven success in new business acquisition, ideally in IT custom software development & team augmentation services
  • Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and outreach
  • Strong prospecting and networking skills across international markets
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities
  • Knowledge of modern sales techniques, CRM systems, and sales automation tools
  • Deep understanding of software development and digital business models
  • A result-driven attitude with experience working towards KPIs and quotas
  • Fluent English (C1+)
