About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Bid – Contract - Tender Engineer to join our team, specializing in Energy Storage Systems (ESS). In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful bidding and contracting process of energy storage projects across Europe, ensuring that the bidding proposal, project contract and all related documents are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze project requirements and specifications.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project bids.
• Ensure all bids are compliant with client requirements and regulations.
• Participate in bid reviews and presentations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bid Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of engineering and construction processes in the energy sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Relevant degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field.
