About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team, specializing in Energy Storage Systems (ESS). In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of energy storage projects from the supplier side, ensuring that all technical, logistical, and operational aspects are delivered on time and meet customer expectations. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, coordinate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, production, logistics), and ensure seamless project execution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of ESS projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to customer specifications.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all project details, including technical requirements, schedules, and progress updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics) to ensure timely delivery of components and systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing technical inquiries and providing regular updates on project milestones.
  • Review and validate technical specifications, designs, and documentation to ensure compliance with customer needs and standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential risks or challenges that may affect project delivery.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all systems meet technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, and final handover documents.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes for more efficient project execution.


What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing technical projects, preferably in energy storage, renewable energy, or related industries.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with international teams, customers, and stakeholders.
