Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are a company of around 320 people, and since 2006, we have been delivering custom software applications for large and medium-sized enterprises in the telecommunications, finance, media, healthcare, and logistics sectors. We build advanced systems that support sales, sales support, commission settlements, back office, and call center operations.

At Pretius, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will support ongoing IT recruitment processes, candidate experience activities, and internal HR initiatives.

Role

• Posting job advertisements on internal and external job boards

• Scheduling interviews and meetings with candidates

• Reviewing CVs and supporting candidate selection

• Supporting the preparation of recruitment dashboards and reports

• Assisting with internal projects related to Employer Branding and Candidate Experience

• Conducting initial phone screenings with candidates

• Supporting ongoing recruitment processes

• Assisting with candidate onboarding activities

Requirements

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Fluent English (C1)

• Previous experience in IT recruitment would be an advantage
